What is Second Paycheck Protection Program

The new stimulus package includes $284 billion for a Second PPP loan. The PPP loan is forgivable if you need certain criteria. It is open to those who have received a loan and those that did not apply to the first round of PPP. The final program requirements and eligibility criteria may be subject to change.
Qualify for up to 2.5x payroll expense
Loan up to $2 million
Fixed rate at 1% annualized
Eligible for loan forgiveness

What Information is Needed

  1. Tax returns

  2. Provide tax returns and financial statements for the last 2 years (1 year if less than 2 years in business)

  3. Bank statements

  4. Provide bank statements from your business accounts (most recent 6 months)

  5. Payroll records

  6. Provide payroll tax forms from Jan 1, 2019 to present (Form 940/941)

  7. 1099-Misc (if any)

  8. Provide any contractor compensation from Jan 1, 2019 to present

  9. Driver licenses

  10. Provide copies of the business owners’ driver licenses (those with more than 20% ownership)

  11. Voided check

  12. Provide a voided check from the bank account which you want to deposit the loan
