Bank Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to connect to your existing bank accounts. When an account is connected to the Tillful platform, we collect information about your bank transaction history. The transaction information is received: (i) directly from you; (ii) from the issuing bank; and/or (iii) from the card networks. We will collect:
(a) Bank name
(b) Account type
(c) Payment method information
(d) Transaction amount
(e) Transaction date
(f) Transaction location
(g) Transaction category
(h) Transaction merchant
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

The CCPA took effect on 01/01/2020. - Special information for Nevada residents for Credit Cardholder only: Residents of the State of Nevada have the right to opt out of the sale of certain pieces of their information to other companies who will sell or license their information to others. - Notifications and SMS opt out for Credit Cardholder only: If you no longer wish to receive notifications about our Services, you may change your notification preferences by emailing support@tillful.com. Alternatively, you may be able to indicate your preference by logging into your account and adjusting your preferences or by following the directions provided with the communication. We reserve the right to close or limit access to your account should you opt out of the crucial notices that are required to perform the Tillful Service. You are still responsible for any amounts due to us even if we close or limit access to your account.
- Access your information for Credit Cardholder only: You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting us at support@tillful.com. You can also request to close your account if you do not have an active account by contacting us at support@tillful.com If you close your Tillful account, we will mark your account in our database as “Closed,” but will keep your account information in our database to comply with our legal obligations. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. If you close your account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, as required by law or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
