Connection Issues

At the moment, Tillful only supports financial institutions located in the United States. However, we will be expanding to other regions soon.

By default, once you have connected your bank(s), you will not need to re-authenticate in order to refresh the data. However, in the event you have changed passwords or accounts, your bank may require you to go through the authentification process again.

We use a third party provider called Plaid that requires users to authenticate information that is integrated with banks in the United States. We will be adding more banks to the list. If you have any request, please contact us at support@tillful.com.
