Widespread shelter-in-place rulings across the US due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have severed the lifelines of many Main Street and customer-facing small businesses. The $2 trillion stimulus bill or CARES Act could not come sooner, but many of America’s small businesses have already been forced to shutter and lay off workers.
