Job Description

We are looking to hire a Paid Search Manager who will spearhead and develop our in-house paid marketing (PPC & SEM) initiatives. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing paid marketing strategies, campaign execution and budget management — communicating the paid marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands (Flowcast and Tillful) via paid search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). This position reports to the Marketing Director.

As the Paid Search Manager, you will get the opportunity to take ownership of the Paid Search program for the brand and build out campaign set-up, bidding strategy, ad copy, testing initiatives, budget allocation and collaborate with designers and stakeholders on landing page design and user journeys.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have proven experience in running Paid Search before for clients at an agency or for a brand in-house.. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage. You must have a track record of successful campaign implementation in the past and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills.

As the Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Own the optimization and management across Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) to scale and achieve/exceed KPI targets for clients, across Search, Display, and Video
  • Manage Search, Display, Remarketing and Mobile campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords to formulate account structure
  • Plan and develop compelling ad copy to drive performance while adhering to the brand guidelines
  • Plan and develop A/B experiments to derive learnings and improve account performance
  • Use Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to improve paid search performance and meet business goals
  • Analyze data to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships in developing, communicating and executing on strategy and tactics, as well as regular reporting on performance
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and integrate UTM tracking
