Flowcast is an early stage remote-friendly B2B fintech company focused on business credit. Backed by ING Ventures, Katalyst Ventures and Experian Ventures, our AI solution helps to automate credit risk assessment in SME finance which otherwise is a manual and costly process. Our existing clients are large financial institutions and corporations such as Standard Chartered, ING, and Nike. Our enterprise solution is a machine learning (ML) solution to automate credit decisions. 

In 2021, we launched a new product called Tillful, a business credit platform to help more underserved small business owners build stronger business credit and stay on top of their financial health. Unlike traditional business credit bureaus that rely on static data, we leverage real-time financial and bank transaction data. We are rewiring how business credit is done. Tillful is powered by an AI credit risk engine that we've developed from years of developing AI-based credit models for lenders and banks. 

In just one year, over 50,000 businesses have joined Tillful. In 2022, we introduced two new native products, our Tillful Business Credit Card with Mastercard and partnered with credit market leader Experian to help more small business owners access the credit and capital they need to grow their businesses.


Position: Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Your Opportunity to Growth With Us 

We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Specialist who will play an integral role in developing the Tillful brand and contributing to our early stage growth. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable in the growth space and/or startup marketing, has a track record of performance, and thrives off getting exposure to a number of areas of scaling a business. We’ve found product market fit and we’re ready to expand our in-house team to help us hit our growth stride as we continue to responsibly scale to new markets and SMB industries. If you’re a highly effective marketing generalist or were serving as an operator slash marketer in a previous startup, we would LOVE to meet you. 


  • This position reports to the Marketing Director but will work and collaborate closely with the in-house marketing team, agency partners, freelance writers as well as C-level executives, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to understand the product and its value proposition to our end users along with other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with our CX/Customer Success team to ensure our CX approach answers our audience needs through social channels
  • Help grow our affiliate and channel partner program and engage directly with social media influencers and creators to collaborate on partnership content, co-branded opportunities and sponsorships
  • Help develop new content and collaboration ideas that results in driving engagement from our online communities and social media followings 
  • Be responsible for helping to bolster growth across our marketing channels and our online following/audiences
  • Ability to adjust and adapt to strategic business objectives and develop marketing plans, campaign ideas and suggestions to add value to those as they evolve with user growth


Who We’re Looking For

  • Able to work autonomously and resourcefully in a lean startup environment
  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing (internship experience also considered)
  • Familiarity with B2B space and marketing strategies that work best for growth in the B2B/SaaS sector
  • Experience with popular marketing tools and social platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Notion, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram are some key examples we rely on heavily or looking to leverage more extensively) 
  • Analytical 
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong copywriting skills (conversion-driven copy a plus) 
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Lifelong learner, with an inherent desire to grow personally and professionally
